The terms that apply when you use this site or join The Veteran School.

Who we are
The Veteran School is operated by The Veteran School LLC. By using this site or buying a membership, report or add-on, you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying
A Full Membership gives one person access to The Veteran School for a 6-month semester, starting on the 1st of the month of their class, plus pre-semester access from the day they enroll. It includes the items listed on the Membership page at the time of purchase. A Condition Viability Report and add-on sessions are one-time purchases.
Education, not representation
Everything we provide is educational. We do not file claims, choose conditions, write statements or represent you before VA. See our Disclaimer for details.
One person per membership
Your login is for you alone. Sharing your login, recordings or materials is not allowed. We may suspend or end access for sharing, without a refund.
Pausing
Each member may pause once for up to 30 days. Access is paused during that time, and the membership end date moves out by the length of the pause.
Payment
Prices are listed on the Membership page. You can pay in full or use a buy now, pay later provider such as Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay. Those providers set their own terms, approval and payment schedules, and your agreement with them is separate from this one. Discounts and credits, including the early bird, buddy and Condition Viability Report credit, follow the rules stated when you buy.
Refunds
Refund terms will be posted here before enrollment opens.
Content and ownership
All lessons, videos, documents, prompts and recordings belong to The Veteran School LLC or its licensors. Members may use them for their own claim only. You may not copy, resell, publish or distribute them.
Live sessions
Live sessions are recorded and may be shared with other members. Do not share personal medical or identifying details in a session. Questions submitted ahead of time may be edited to remove personal details.
Communication
By joining, you agree to receive emails about your membership. Text messages follow our Texting Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
The site and program are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or program after a change means you accept it.
