What we collect

Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and mailing address.
Information you choose to share for your education, such as your screener answers, decision letters, medical records and notes.
Payment details, which are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Site and portal usage, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and login activity, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To run your membership, schedule calls and give you access to your lessons.
To prepare your Condition Viability Report and Evidence Readiness Reviews.
To send emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your membership.
To protect member accounts, including detecting shared logins.
To improve the site and program, and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the program, such as our CRM, portal, video, scheduling, email and payment providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if required by law or in a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your information with sponsors.

Text messages

We do not share your phone number or text message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing nick@theveteranschool.com. California residents have additional rights under California law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
